This year’s 14th Annual Conference will bring together national and international researchers and practitioners to explore contemporary issues in organisational and industrial psychology. The 2011 conference programme will feature a range of events to cater for the diverse scientific and practical interests of delegates. As in the past, the conference and workshops will be CPD accredited.

Delegates will be in a position to earn up to 14 CEU points, and 4 Ethics Points for the 2-day Conference, and 6 CEU's for the Pre-conference Workshops.

CONFIRMED International Speakers
Dr. James Outtz, Ph. D. is a renowned Industrial Psychologist from Washington DC. As the CEO of Outtz & Associates, he specializes in the development, validation and evaluation of personnel selection practices. He has nearly 30 years experience as a consultant and he is an expert in race discrimination law. He is the author of numerous book chapters, journal articles and book reviews.
Gary Latham is the Secretary of State Professor of Organizational Effectiveness in the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. Prior to joining Rotman in 1990, he was the staff psychologist for the American Pulpwood Assoc., the Weyerhaeuser Co., and Chair of the Department of Management at the University of Washington. Gary is a Past President of the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA), the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology (SIOP), and President-Elect of Work and Organizational Psychology, a division of the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP).
