Andrew is the General Manager of Eskom’s Leadership Institute where he leads Eskom’s leadership strategy and its execution. As seasoned HR executive, Andrew has special interests in HR strategy consulting, leadership development, talent & succession management, organisational transformation, & change management.
He is in high demand as a speaker at many professional conferences, & equally in demand as a coach & mentor to many executives and young professionals.
