The IPM values are member-centricity, integrity, and advocacy.
SIOPSA and IPM share a common purpose and hold similar values and operate in different yet complimentary contexts. We are excited about the opportunity this partnership presents for both the members of the organisations and industry at large. It is anticipated that the opportunity this partnership presents will allow both organisations to learn from one another and offer its member base more opportunities. In partnership both organisations have a stronger potential influence over the promotion of common interest; and believe that, together, the organisations can offer their members an enriched experience and professional platform to engage on efforts to improve people practices across different industries.
