An interview with Prof Lene Graupner

Dr Marissa Brouwers, President of SIOPSA, invited Prof Lene Graupner, to discuss her views on the role of the Industrial Psychologist during Covid-19.

Professor Lene Graupner is a registered Industrial Psychologist and the Deputy Director of the School for Industrial Psychology and Human Resource Management. Her extensive experience has been derived from Teaching & Learning, Research, Community Service whilst her corporate experience was focussed on the management of psychological services in the SAPS on a Provincial level.  Lene has further contributed to knowledge generation within both national and international publications, presented at national and international conferences, as well as contributed chapters to textbooks focussing on the training of psychologists as coaches in a multi-cultural context.  Finally, Lene has championed multiple leadership roles throughout her career, and has served as a Section Editor for the South African Journal of Industrial Psychology.
