Working from home – is it the best approach for working after Covid

By Newsbreak Producer Matthew Veeran – As COVID-19 infections continue to drop in South Africa, many companies seem hesitant to implement policies on employees returning to the office OR working under a hybrid model. With the work-from-home model proving a success for many companies, employers are still  unsure about the best solution going forward. Organisational psychologist – Dr. Sharon Munyaka says most of the concerns stem from the fear of the unknown and uncertainty around the pandemic. However. Munyaka says a hybrid working model  is more favourable, as employees need some sort of social connection to thrive in the workplace…
