Description

SIOPSA Eastern Cape Regional Branch invites you to attend:

A Perspective on Psychometric Assessment Practices in South Africa: in association with People Assessment In Industry (PAI)

Date: 16 November 2018

Venue: NMU, Main Building, 10th floor, Seminar Room (South Campus)

Despite alignment with international testing best practices, South African assessment practitioners continue to grapple with a number of issues pertaining to the ethical use of assessments vis-à-vis local legislative challenges and professional guidelines. Stakeholders within the profession, industry and academia are facing uncertainty and confusion stemming from legislative amendments and the practical implications thereof. This creates a real need for stakeholder engagement around diverse testing perspectives in the South African context. The SIOPSA Eastern Cape Branch Event provides an opportunity for Industrial Psychologists, Psychometrists and other interested parties to share ideas around the current state of testing practices and the way forward.

SIOPSA Eastern Cape Regional Branch invites you to an opportunity to LEARN and NETWORK with fellow Professional at our workshop:

A Perspective on Testing Practices in South Africa: In association with PAI

With Kevin Distiller (Industrial Psychologist- PS 86916)
