Why should you attend?
The workshop will be beneficial in highlighting some areas where the role of values is vital for the continued success of organisations. To quote Stan Slap: “The myth of management is that your personal values are irrelevant or inappropriate at work”. As practitioners, the value of person-organisation fit in selections is vitally important and the impact that values can have on this perceived fit is a field of study that has received a lot of attention recently and should be on the radar of any practitioner working in large corporate contexts.
2 CPD points will be awarded for attending this event
