With sixteen years of experience in both academic and practical research, Dr. Shanya Reuben is a seasoned industrial psychologist. At the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN), she lectures psychology as a Senior Lecturer in the School of Applied Human Sciences.
- Prof Bouwer Jonker
As an Associate Professor at North-West University, Bouwer E. Jonker (PhD) lectures advanced strategic human resource management and career psychology. Bouwer is the chairwoman of the SIOPSA NWU Student Chapter, a member of the SIOPSA executive committee, and a section editor for the African Journal of Employee Relations.
- Taegan Devar
A licensed industrial psychologist, Taegan Devar serves as the managing director of PeopleSmart, an organisational and people development consultancy. Taegan has worked in South Africa and the mining and manufacturing sectors around the continent for more than ten years. In the fields of wellness and safety, organisational and people development, and community engagement and collaboration, she specialises in developing custom learning, transformation, and people development initiatives.
