The purpose of this interactive webinar is to answer the question often posed by healthcare practitioners in marketing themselves and their private practices. The ethical guideline dictate what we can and cannot do and say. We are also not specialists in marketing and need help. - Mosidi Pule
Focusing on psychometry, Susan holds a masters degree in psychology. Her knowledge of human behaviour in the workplace and how it affects leadership, individual performance, and organisational performance is vast. She is also a certified Specialist Wellness Counsellor and Coach who offers courses and therapy to improve workers’ mental health at work. Both domestically and abroad, Susan has experience in a wide range of fields, businesses, and positions. She is also a member of the SIOPSA-based PAI (People Assessments in Industry) committee, which focusses on psychometry.
A certified psychometrist, Mosidi specializes in psychometric assessments, career development, and talent management. She provides recruitment support to organisations and holds accreditation in multiple examinations. She has worked on training programs for apprentices and learners, conducted climate surveys, and conducted skills audits. She also oversees intern psychometrists and trains graduates for preparation for the workforce. She wants to help professionals learn about and promote the area of psychometrics as a member of PAI (People Assessments in Industry).
