There is currently a lot of uncertainty within the Psycho-legal fraternity about the future of this specialised area of practice. This interactive webinar offers role-player perspectives by and discussion with a Partner of a well-known attorney firm, as well as the founder of APRAV (Association for Protection of Road Accident Victims). Participation by an RAF representative is being sought and will be confirmed. The webinar will talk to the heart of every involved and aspiring Psycho-legal practitioner.

Speakers: Mr. Peter de Bruyn and Mrs Nicolette Koch
Mr Pieter de Bruyn is a Registered Industrial Psychologist associated with the Association for the Protection of Road Accident Victims (APRAV). He serves as the APRAV Coordinator and a Board Member1. APRAV is actively involved in advocating for road accident victims in South Africa, aiming to create a fair and equitable public rights-oriented social security system. They engage with decision-makers, monitor legislative processes, and address concerns related to the Road Accident Benefit Scheme (RABS) Bill.
Mrs. Nicolette Koch (LLB ; B.Compt) is a Partner in the Commercial, Property and Litigation department of Adams & Adams. She has been involved in personal injury areas of work since 2002.
She has presented at various conferences, of specific note the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners (ABIME) where she talked on “Medical training for Healthcare Providers”.
She has also written two articles which were published in the publication “De Rebus” on RAF related topics.
