Speaker: Lylie Beukes
Originally from Zimbabwe, Lylie initially completed a Masters Degree in Sport Psychology at the University of Southern Queensland, Australia. She subsequently completed an MSc in Occupational Psychology at the University of Leicester, UK. She has practiced as a Psychologist for 18 years and has worked in Australia, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Zambia, the United Kingdom, and South Africa. She has been a Registered Psychologist in Australia and Zimbabwe, and is currently registered as an Industrial Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). She is also a Master Human Resources Professional with the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP). Currently Lylie has her own independent consultancy, Fitz Best.
Who should attend?
Registered psychologists and students, as well as HR practitioners who have an interest in employee engagement.
Why should you attend?
Companies oftentimes pay lip service to employee engagement. Surveys may be done on a fairly regular basis, but the implementation of results is not always followed through. This case study offers an insight into effective employee engagement, wholly driven by the company.
