BACKGROUND

Participants will learn about the collective and associative unconscious in an experiential setting comprising of a community of dreamers. This includes learning about dreams and free associations as a way to access the unconscious, and to use these in sense making. FACILITATORS

Calum McComb

Calum holds a master’s degree in industrial and organisational psychology and is currently working towards a PhD in consulting psychology. He is a certified Analytic-Network Coach and has consulted extensively to individuals, groups and at the organisation levels from a systems psychodynamic stance.

Prof Michelle May

Michelle is a professor at the department of Industrial and Organisational Psychology at the University of South Africa (UNISA). She is the manager of the Consulting Psychology Doctoral Programme (IOP, UNISA). She is the co-ordinator of the research focus areas Systems psychodynamics and Socio–analytic Methods (IOP, UNISA). She has supervised several students in primarily qualitative research projects to successful completion of their masters’ and doctoral degrees.   She has done research ethics training within the past three years – including the Training and resources in research ethics evaluation (TRREE) Modules 1, 2 and 3 during 2019.

Dr Adrian Parsadh

Adrian Parsadh, PhD is a registered Industrial/Organisational psychologist who takes up a role as a consulting and coaching psychologist. His specialist focus is on organisational consultation and development, leadership development, and executive group coaching. He has more than 22 years combined work experience as an internal/external OD consultant in various sectors and industries often using the systems psychodynamic (SP) and group relations approach. He has consulted on many SP workshops and conferences in the past working on various primary tasks from leadership, change to culture and diversity. He has attended the AK Rice Institute – Tavistock conference in Chicago, IL. He is a long standing and active member of the SIOPSA Interest Group in Systems Psychodynamics Organisation (IGSPO) and Interest Group in Coaching and Consulting Psychology (IGCCP). He is also a member of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organisations (ISPSO).

Dr Inette Taylor

Dr Inette Taylor, Experienced Psychologist with a demonstrated history of working in the mental health care industry, companies and training institutions. Skilled in Psychotherapy, Coaching (individual and group), Psychological Assessment, Neurofeedback, and Trauma intervention. PhD (UOFS), BA Visual Arts (UNISA), BCIA Board Certified in Neurofeedback.
