How to survive lockdown series: Part 1: “Small things matter”

During this lockdown there have been many times that dark and deep emotions have overcome our logical thoughts. Looking at the news and the headlines, everything looks gloom and doom. The world seems to be in complete chaos. In the first part of the survive lockdown series inspired by the video of retired US Navy Seal, William McRaven, JP van Zittert share 10 lessons that we can apply to our daily lives to keep afloat during the Corona Pandemic.
