Campaign theme: “Working towards a better future for IOP women’s improved resilience.”

Young women face unique challenges and societal pressures, making it essential to develop their ability to cope with adversity, build self-confidence, and thrive in various aspects of life.

Objectives:

• Raise Awareness: The campaign aims to increase awareness about the importance of particularly young IOP women’s socio-economic rights and empowerment in achieving gender equality.
• Empower Young Women: The campaign seeks to empower young IOP women by providing them with information, resources, and tools to improve their resilience in various aspects of life.

Recognise and celebrate the Young Women in IOPs who are championing resilience in IOP practices in their community and workplace.
