TRAUMA MANAGEMENT

An Introductory Course 

Industrial psychologists who complete the introductory course in trauma counselling will gain a foundational understanding of counselling, specifically trauma counselling, as well as a deeper understanding of workplace psychopathology and maladjustment. They will also learn how to address workplace trauma on an individual, group, and organisational level.
